By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1) Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state/province/country to make a purchase (or have permission of a parent/guardian). You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2) Products (made-to-order)

Many of our products are made to order. Because of that:

  • Availability may change

  • Minor variations in color or print placement can occur

  • Product images are representative; lighting/screens can affect how colors appear

3) Pricing & accuracy

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time. We work hard to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but we can’t guarantee the site is error-free. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4) Orders, payment, and cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Orders typically enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@wolfemedia.studio. Once an item is in production or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

5) Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and seasonal volume may affect actual delivery.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned or undeliverable, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6) Returns & refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Please review it for details on eligibility, timelines, and how we handle damaged/defective/misprinted items.

7) Intellectual property

All content on this site (including logos, designs, graphics, photos, videos, and text) is owned by Wolfe Media or licensed for use and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8) User content (reviews, comments, photos you send us)

If you submit content (such as reviews, comments, or photos), you grant Wolfe Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and store operation purposes. You represent that you own the rights to what you submit and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

9) Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site to:

  • Break any law or regulation

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or systems

  • Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfe Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase/use of products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wolfe Media harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorney’s fees) made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction where Wolfe Media operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
